Mary Colina-Fowler is an ambitious and service-oriented attorney who brings dedication and passion to every aspect of her work. Born and raised in Cienfuegos, Cuba, she moved to New Brunswick, Canada in 1997 with her husband. In Canada, Mary earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Marketing, from the University of New Brunswick. Her journey then brought her to Naples, Florida in 2008, where she pursued her legal education and earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in 2015.
Mary’s commitment to community service has always been at the forefront of her professional journey. During law school, she volunteered with immigration and human trafficking clinics and served as a Guardian ad Litem. She also contributed to the law school community as Editor of the Moot Court's publication, The Gavel. Outside of her practice, Mary is deeply involved in local non-profits. She serves on the board of directors for Literacy Collier and Ronald McDonald's House Charities, and she actively volunteers with animal rescues. Mary also enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Currently, Mary practices law in the areas of personal injury and real estate at her office in Golden Gate City. She is an engaged member of the Collier County Women's Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, the Michael R. N. McDonnell American Inn of Court, the Florida Justice Association (where she holds Eagle membership), The Attorney’s Fund, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR).

Chris Chen

Chris Dao Chen combines a distinguished career in both law and real estate to bring unparalleled expertise to First Source Title in Texas. She currently serve as an document preparation attorney for First Source Title in Plano, Texas, in addition to her role as the In-House Counsel at Seeto Realty, Chris specializes in overseeing complex real estate transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing invaluable support to her clients.
Her real estate journey began in 1997 as an licensed real estate agent, a role she excelled in until 2001. Chris graduated with a Business Management degree from UT Dallas in 1999, then pursued her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, graduating in 2005. She has been a member of the Texas State Bar and practicing general law in Plano, Texas, since 2007, in the area of immigration, family, business, estate planning, deed preparation, and probate.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys culinary adventures, traveling, and sharing these passions with friends and family.

Nicholas Cardinal

Nicholas J. Cardinal, founder of Cardinal Law LLC, runs a boutique law practice focused on Real Estate and Estate Planning located in Hudson, Ohio. He is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and he is an Alumni of the University of Akron School of Law where he attended on full scholarship. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Portage County Bar Association, and licensed to practice in both Ohio State and Federal Courts.
Nicholas focuses his practice on real estate transactions, probate administration, and estate planning. His firm has been in existence since 2016 when he left big law to pursue his own practice. Prior to that, he worked at a law firm focused solely on real estate litigation.
Nicholas resides in Aurora, Ohio with his wife Pamela, his son Maximus and their dog Leo. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family on the water or on the ski slopes.
